Asomina (ah‑sa‑min‑a) began as a word I said in my sleep — something my family repeated, laughed about, and eventually adopted as our own. We gave it meaning: the goodness. As my career evolved, that meaning followed me. It captures the essence of what I bring to delivery work: thoughtful, steady support that helps teams move with clarity and confidence.
With 27 years in the IT industry, my career has taken me through every layer of the delivery lifecycle — support, QA, business analysis, product ownership, Scrum, project management, and program leadership. Those experiences shaped how I see the work: delivery doesn’t succeed because of a single role or methodology. It succeeds when the systems, workflows, and toolchains behind the work are intentionally designed and consistently supported.
That’s why Asomina exists. Not to simply manage projects, but to architect the delivery ecosystems that make projects, programs, and teams more effective. Today, I partner directly with organizations to bring clarity, structure, and calm to the way work moves — designing the connective tissue that keeps delivery aligned, visible, and sustainable.
