Every engagement begins with a short discovery period where I embed with your teams, learn how your business operates, and understand the realities of your delivery lifecycle. This includes observing Agile practices, project and program management rhythms, decision‑making patterns, and the flow of work across tools. I manage initiatives directly, ensuring teams have structure, clarity, and momentum while the ecosystem evolves around them.

Short‑term, high‑impact support for delivery leads, project managers, Scrum Masters, or tooling owners who need guidance on operating model design, workflow alignment, Agile practices, or delivery modernization — with the option for direct project or program management involvement where needed.

Pricing is determined by the depth of work required, the number of teams involved, and the level of architectural, Agile, and project‑delivery support needed. Because every ecosystem is different, I do not publish standardized rates. Instead, I provide clear, transparent pricing once the scope is defined.
